Presentations & Workshop
Home Street Home’s workshops and presentations are designed to raise awareness amongst young people of often the harsh realities of independent living.
The scheme is delivered in places wherever young people can be engaged, for example in schools and colleges, or as part of Youth Offending Team and Leaving Care plans. The education programme, including an element of peer education, provides the information necessary to make informed decisions concerning their housing options.
The presentations and workshops can be tailored to meet the learning needs of each individual group of young people and can be delivered in a number of ways to suit.
